For Hong Kong orders with in-stock items, delivery typically takes 2-4 business days after successful payment.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we will ship everything together once the pre-order items arrive. Please allow approximately 4-6 weeks for pre-order items.

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges.

However, we will replace items that are delivered in a damaged condition. To request a replacement, you must provide a photo of the damaged item within 7 days of receiving your order. After we verify the damage, we will contact you to arrange for a replacement.
